With cancer remaining as one of the main causes deaths worldwide, many studies are undergoing effort to look for a novel and potent anticancer drug. Nanoparticles (NPs) rising fields in research drug development. One key advantages using NPs therapy is its high flexibility modification, hence additional properties can be added order improve action. Polymer has attracted considerable attention used material enhance bioactivity NPs. Nanogels, which cross-linked with hydrophilic polymer network have also exhibited benefits application. The characteristics these nanomaterials include non-toxic, environment-friendly, variable physiochemical properties. Some other unique polymers attributed by diverse methods synthesis. This then contributes nanodrugs. review article provides an in-depth update on development polymer-assisted nanogels therapy. Topics such synthesis, usage, discussed along their mechanisms functions limitations this article.
